MUTi™ WAVE — User Manual

1. Welcome

Thank you for choosing MUTi™ WAVE, a personal non-thermal ultrasonic beauty-care device designed for daily use at home. This manual explains how to set up, use, clean, and care for your device, along with important safety information. For a condensed version, see the Quick Manual.

Note: Ultrasound gel is not included and should be purchased separately.

3. Getting to Know Your Device

MUTi™ WAVE has three stimulation modes:

1. Sequential — gentle, multi-layer facial stimulation. Forehead, eyes, cheeks, jawline. 10 minutes.
2. Lateral — structured motion along the neck and shoulder lines. Neck, jawline, shoulders. 10 minutes.
3. Cross — wide-area stimulation for body care. Abdomen, waist, hips, thighs. 10 minutes.

Total recommended routine: 10–30 minutes per day, depending on how many modes/areas you include.

4. Setup

1. Connect the AC power adapter to MUTi™ WAVE and plug it into a wall outlet.
2. The indicator LED turns blue when the device is powered and in standby (ready) mode.
3. The internal fan runs continuously whenever the device is plugged in — this is normal.
4. Select your mode (Sequential / Lateral / Cross).

5. How to Use

1. Apply ultrasound gel generously to clean, dry skin at the area you plan to treat.
2. Glide the device smoothly and continuously over the gel-covered area — do not hold it still in one spot.
3. Maintain light, even pressure against the skin; the device beeps to confirm proper gel/skin contact.
4. Continue for the recommended time for that mode (about 10 minutes), then move to the next area or mode.
5. When finished, power off and wipe away any remaining gel from your skin and the device head.

6. Indicator Light Guide

• Solid blue — Power connected, device in standby / ready.
• Fan running — Normal; runs continuously whenever plugged in.
• Pulse/vibration every 5 minutes — Session-time indicator.
• Automatic standby after 45 minutes — Conserves power, ensures safe operation.

7. Safety Information

Please read before use:

• Do not use on or near the eyes, lips, or other mucous membranes.
• Always apply sufficient ultrasound gel before use.
• Do not use on skin that is irritated, broken, sunburned, or otherwise damaged.
• Do not use if pregnant, or if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device, without consulting a physician.
• Discontinue use and consult a physician if you experience persistent redness, discomfort, or unusual reaction.
• Keep the device and power adapter away from water and moisture.
• Not intended for use by children. Keep out of reach of children.
• Use only the power adapter provided with the device.

8. Disclaimer

MUTi™ WAVE is a personal care device intended for cosmetic use. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Results may vary by individual.

9. Cleaning & Maintenance

1. After each use, power off the device and unplug it.
2. Wipe the device head with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not submerge in water.
3. Allow the device to fully air-dry before storing.
4. Store in a dry, room-temperature location, away from direct sunlight and moisture.
5. Do not use solvents, alcohol-based cleaners, or abrasive materials.

10. Troubleshooting

Device does not power on

• Confirm the power adapter is fully connected. Try a different wall outlet.

No beep / no response when gliding on skin

• Apply more gel — insufficient gel is the most common cause.
• Ensure full, even contact with the skin.

Device feels warm during use

• Mild warmth is normal. If uncomfortably hot, power off, unplug, and contact support.

Device unexpectedly returns to standby

• Expected after 45 minutes without use — select your mode again to resume.

11. Limited Warranty

MUTi™ WAVE is covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Proof of purchase and original packaging are required for warranty service.

Not Covered: accidental damage or misuse; liquid damage or improper cleaning; normal cosmetic wear and tear; damage from use of a power adapter other than the one provided.

Recommended usage period: up to 24 months (based on approximately 30 minutes of use per day, single user). Warranty claims approved as covered defects are resolved by full refund rather than repair.
