User Manual — MUTI^TM WAVE for Three Modes

1. Welcome

Thank you for choosing MUTi™ WAVE, a personal non-thermal ultrasonic beauty-care device designed for daily use at home. This manual explains how to set up, use, clean, and care for your device, along with important safety information. For a condensed version, see the Quick Manual.

Note: For consistent performance, this device is not battery-operated or cordless - it must remain connected to the power adapter during use.

Note: Ultrasound gel or compatible functional gel is not included and should be purchased separately.

3. Getting to Know Your Device

MUTI™ WAVE has three modes, operated by a high-frequency 5.2MHz semiconductor ultrasound chip:

• Mode 1: Sequential — sequential multi-depth ultrasound for face care.
  Forehead · Eye Contour · Cheeks · Jawline · 10 minutes
  Sequential multi-depth focused ultrasound: 2.8 → 3.8 → 5.3 → 7.3 mm
  Gentle low-frequency (1Hz) rhythmic motor vibration.
• Mode 2: Lateral — structured rhythmic motion along neck & shoulder lines.
  Neck · Jawline · Shoulders · 10 minutes
  Lateral multi-depth focused ultrasound: 5.3 → 7.3 → 9.3 → 13.3 mm
  Medium low-frequency (1Hz) rhythmic motor vibration.
• Mode 3: Cross — wide-area multi-depth ultrasound for body & shoulder care.
  Shoulders · Abdomen · Waist · Hips · Thighs · 10 minutes
  Cross multi-depth focused ultrasound: 5.3 → 7.3 → 17.3 → 21.3 mm
  Strong low-frequency (1Hz) rhythmic motor vibration.

Total recommended routine: 10–30 minutes per day, depending on the selected modes and areas.

4. Setup

1. Connect the AC power adapter and USB-C power cable to MUTI™ WAVE, then plug the adapter into a wall outlet.
2. The bottom LED turns blue when the device is powered and in Standby Mode.
3. The internal fan runs continuously whenever the device is plugged in. This is normal.
4. Touch the control button to cycle from Standby mode through Mode 1: Sequential, Mode 2: Lateral, Mode 3: Cross, and back to Standby mode.

5. How to Use

1. Apply sufficient ultrasound gel to clean, dry skin in the area where you plan to use the device.
2. Glide the device smoothly and continuously over the gel-covered area.
3. Maintain light, even pressure against the skin.
4. Continue for the recommended time for that mode (about 10 minutes), then move to the next area or mode.
5. When finished, return to Standby Mode, unplug the device, and wipe away any remaining gel from the skin and device head.

6. Indicator Light Guide

LED Status by Mode

• Standby Mode — Last LED blinking blue; device powered and ready.
• Mode 1: Sequential — First LED on.
• Mode 2: Lateral — First two LEDs on.
• Mode 3: Cross — First three LEDs on.

Other Normal Indicators

• Fan running — Normal; runs continuously whenever plugged in.
• Vibration Reminder every 5 minutes — Indicates session time.
• Automatic return to Standby Mode after 40 minutes — Automatic session control.

7. Safety Information

Please read before use:

• For cosmetic and wellness use only.
• Do not apply directly over the eyes or eyelids.
• Do not use on irritated, damaged, infected, or sunburned skin.
• Do not use during pregnancy.
• Do not use if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic medical device.
• Avoid direct application over the center of the throat.
• Always apply sufficient ultrasound gel before use.
• Stop use if discomfort, persistent redness, or an unusual reaction occurs.
• Keep the device and power adapter away from water and moisture.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Use only the supplied or specified compatible power adapter.

9. Cleaning & Maintenance

1. After each use, power off the device and unplug it.
2. Wipe away any remaining ultrasound gel with a soft cloth.
3. Clean the exposed chip surface and chrome bezel with a soft cloth lightly moistened with alcohol.
4. Wipe the painted handle only with a soft, slightly damp cloth — do not use alcohol or solvents on the painted handle.
5. Do not submerge the device in water.
6. Allow the device to fully air-dry before storing.
7. Store in a dry, room-temperature location away from direct sunlight and moisture.
8. Do not use abrasive materials or harsh chemical cleaners.

10. Troubleshooting

Device does not power on

• Confirm the power adapter and USB-C power cable are fully connected. Try a different wall outlet.

Device feels warm during use

• Mild warmth in the handle may occur during normal operation. If the device becomes uncomfortably hot, power off, unplug, and contact support.

Device unexpectedly returns to Standby Mode

• Automatic return after 40 minutes is normal. Select your mode again to resume.

11. Limited Warranty

MUTi™ WAVE is covered by a limited one-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

Recommended usage period: up to 24 months (based on approximately 30 minutes of use per day, single user).

• Device does not power on
• Control button malfunction
• LED indicator malfunction
• Cooling fan failure
• Vibration motor failure
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Replacement Only

• USB-C power cable failure or AC power adapter failure

Not Covered

• Accidental drops or impact damage
• Liquid damage or improper cleaning
• Unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair
• Damage caused by misuse or improper operation
• Normal cosmetic wear and tear

Proof of purchase is required for warranty service.
